THERABAND REHABILITATION
Theraband is a company that produces many different useful tools to assist a chiropractor, who utilizes them to rehabilitate a patient after an injury, or to decrease pain by correcting muscle imbalances. Elastic, latex-free exercise bands and tubing with handles allow for this rehabilitation to take place. Exercise bands are helpful in the second stage of injury or in correction of muscle imbalances once resistance is necessary to increase strength in an area or specific muscle. Utilization of these products can greatly improve the healing process and get a patient to a more optimal wellness by balancing out muscle groups.
